Something to Thank For

While riding the van going home to Manila, sleepy? oh yes, however, I've realized something that for the many years my life I kept on complaining (yung bang pagod ka na sa pagod na sa buong day mo ,masakit ang paa etc...). As I travel alone, it gave me peace of mind and the time to mull over my life and thought that God was good to me. He made me lucky to experience a lot for the past 35 years of my life.

At 26, He made me fulfill my dream (when I was a kid) to be an Early Childhood Teacher. And guess what! I enjoyed it for 9 years.

Then at 28, He made me feel how was to be loved. I was loved by the children I've taught as well as their parents. It's like I am part of their family. Then, I felt how be loved seriously as in a relationship. But because the getting-to-know-together was only half-baked it did not push through.
However, the feeling how to be loved by the person you love so much is the bestest feeling ever in the world. It's like you cannot explain how happy the feeling was. Imagine, even with his status in life, the feeling was the same. It is just like we were in highschool.

At my 30, with my loyalty and honesty in where I work, I was given an opportunity to be a part of the company at an early age. And I experienced to receive an annual net income of the company. OMG! the money? oh yes! nakalift up ng feeling.

At 34, He gave me a house. With a happy family. A Family that laughs and jokes with each other. Like friends. A family that supports you all the time in your ups and downs in my life.

At 35, He let me feel the feeling how to be working in International company. Which I did enjoy because of the different people I met there.

At 36, when He found out that I was so stressed with the life I had, He let me rest and enjoy my days seeing the sun and just the feeling of how may I rich woman will plan her day from morning 'til evening.

At present, all I can say is THANK YOU GOD and I ADORE YOU. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE THINGS YOU MADE ME EXPERIENCE, because without all these, I may not learn from it.I pray and I ask that at on this day forward, that I may start my day always thinking how beautiful my life is than how bad it was. I wish that everything will be okay and back to normal like what you have given me and hoping that a good love will find me. Because, I did have everything already except for that right love and a comfortable-relax life.

I never thought that I was at that level on where a lot would envy me but I did not think of that. Instead, I thought of how miserable my life was with all the hardships I was into.

I guess many of us are just like me, they focus more with the bad feelings what life gave them instead of the new discoveries that life brought to them.

How about you, how will you start your day tomorrow? will you start it the way I did? Thanking Him through and through with all the blessings you received and achieved or will still keep on complaining how miserable you are with your life?

START NOW. Change starts within us.

10 ways how to be happy being S-I-N-G-L-E.

True.

Sabi nga ng nakararami, "Experience is the best teacher!" Gosh! totoo siya no joke! And with that, I want to share all the things that made me survive the "loneliness" of being a single.

1. Kausap - para sa mga tulad ko na mahilig ng may kakwentuhan, since you're alone at home, you can talk to your dog if you want, pero be sure to be discreet, kasi baka sabihin ng kapitbahay mo nasisiraan ka na. And make it a point that you join groups kahit sa kapitbahayan lang para di ka nababato. Pagtawag rin sa mga friends or relatives locally and abroad can make good things too! Ma-ee-enjoy mo yung every moment at the same time bonding na rin. TIME.

2. Household chores - kung kaya pa ng powers mo, make yourself busy with your assignments at work kung meron man o household chores. I bet you, for some time you will be proud of yourself that you feel you're like wonder woman, kasi sanay na sanay ka sa mga chores na ito.

3. Music - Sabi nga ng Uncle ko, if you feel bored, listen to good music, later on sumasayaw ka na o kumakanta.

4. Watch feel good movies - yes! something positive mamaya lang kinikilig ka na and you will never forget the good scene that made you giggly.

6. Eat Out - ke Mini Stop lang yan, Mc Donald's or talagang fine dining --kung kaya ng budget, aba! e sa una siguro you will feel awkward alone, pero later on you will find out your enjoying every moment of yourself being alone.

7. Exercise or Play an instrument - Oh yes! since swimming is what I know ever since it's like I went back to my old me. Swimming. And since I know how to play piano, I do it once in a while. I play songs that I know.

8. Shop or Window shopping - Lahat naman tayo favorite yan eh diba!

Wow! Thank you Lord na lang ang lumalabas sa bibig ko many times.

10. Play and Laugh and Blog- Play with your nieces or nephews or little kids of your friends. They are a big help. And to note everything i-blog who knows may ma-learn ang readers mo.

If you are going to do the addition of all these.. iisa lang siya lahat.. ika nga "BE PRODUCTIVE!" lagyan mo na lang ng konting sprinkle of love. Para may glow diba? O siya sa uulitin. See you next time!

Are we suppose to put LIMITS to our "Yaya's or househelps"?

A Family that TRAVELS together STAYS together

Yipee! summer na naman. One thing about my dad's family side is yung palaging meron lakaran kapag walang pasok at available lahat. Di man siguro richie rich ang family namin to go abroad pa as in "all-together", pero yung idea na sama-sama kami at masaya!
It all started kay Lola. Boom!

I bet you, everybody will be happy at lalaking parang magkakapatid ang magpipinsan. Kailangan lang na merong isa na mag-cocoordinate. Kasi yung costing and yung division ng payments.

Bonfire sa Baguio last January, O diba? may hotdog and marshmallows pa yan na binili namin ni Shella sa palengke
Kahit may fear of height, go pa rin wag lang titingin sa baba! hahahahaha
Mudslide in Caliraya with our bunsong pinsan, Miguel
Fantasy World in Tagaytay... feeling Cinderella kami eh
See! para kaming magkakapatid. Mga babies yan ng mga cousins namin. Ang cute no!
Isang bus! Yeah Isang bus na puro magkakamag-anak
Mga discoveries namin na katulad nito ( haaha costume yan nung artistang nag-shooshooting that time)
 Island hopping
pinaka masarap sa lahat bonding with kids... chicoy is enjoying it!

So pano? hanggang dito na lang muna! This May 20-21 we will have another adventure. Kasama kayo sa adventure naming ito! See you on my next post!

Yummy Suman

I am not a fan of suman literally, however, when I was offered to try to eat a piece of it one time, I can say it to everybody face to face without being bashful that "wahoo! I can now eat suman" and take note: I cannot stop eating it and become addicted to it. I don't know if it is the suman or the latik that makes me to eat more....more.... and more!

The good thing about this suman is that they are so affordable and you can bring it abroad. The regular suman is 40 pesos while the vacuumed one (good for bringing abroad) is only for 50 pesos. All sumans are with latik and they go in pairs. Extra latik is 5 pesos each.

Try it sometime! I can assure you that you will keep on coming back and call us for more!

Happy Parents---Happy Children! Join the Kids Lab

For many years a lot of parents were happy of what Kids Lab have shared to their children.
This is a new tutorial area that offers academic enhancement for gradeschool and highschool, getting-kids-ready-for-school program, ESL for foreign students who still want to improve their basic conversational English. Starting this May, they will be opening their doors to on-call basis speaking engagements about Personal development training etc. anything under Human Resources Training as well as event specialist or an emcee for your different events.

Kids Lab started since 2011 as home-service tutorials only in the afternoon when kids were dismissed from their different schools.Last school year, they started to entertain little children from different schools for tutorial services in their area. It may look so residential to a lot of parents who visit, but the idea of making the little children feel that they are already home is a best thing for tired students after school.

Little children can come in their home clothes and slippers bringing along their huge bags with books and important materials and or course their snacks. Once scheduled, you will be given your time slot to arrive and pick-up. Most students who stayed with them, had a good performance in school after all the worries of their line of 7's. For those who need to maintain their honors--- stayed first honors in their schools. Cool right? Unbelievable for some, but why don't you give it a try this coming school year.

Catch this!!!!! ---Some parents extend the time of their child's tutorials into daycare-babysitting if they have important meetings and or if they have dates and there are no nannies around. You can ask details from Kids Lab and the parents once booked and scheduled. (five of Kids Lab students do that...one scottish kid, and some filipino kids and one celebrity daughter)

Are you wondering if the teacher is qualified and or you can trust? yes, she isTeacher K. she has been in the early childhood for 9 years. 5 years in grade school and highschool teaching, 1 year and still going on in college teaching. She was awarded as The Florence Nightingale and the Night Owl for super caring and loving teacher and still productive beyond office hours in the previous International School she worked with. Once you meet her, you will find her soft-spoken and you will be able to vibe that she is really close to little children.

This coming school year Kids Lab will be offering the following:
  • Academic Enhancement (Home-based or home service)
  • ESL
  • Reading and Writing Improvement
  • Getting-ready-to-go-to-school program for  (2years-3years old)
  • Speaking Engagements for Human Resource Training and Events
